Comprehensive and non comprensive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services for customers from:

Western Line : Colaba to Palghar
Central Line : CST to Khopoli
Harbour Line : From Sandhurst Road to Panvel

Smart team management system with dedicated account managers along with local engineers from strategic locations enables us to depute engineers to customer locations at the soonest, typically 2 to 4 hours, ensuring minimum down time of systems

Our areas of expertise:

• Deploying Windows desktops with Windows 7 / 8 /10 and Servers – with Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 with absolute mastery over group policies and security settings

• Deploying Linux desktops and servers

• File and printer sharing, both across Windows and Linux networks

• Virus and general other trouble shooting

• Microsoft SharePoint Services

The scope of work includes:

• General trouble shooting and attending to virus problems

• Network connectivity issues

• Installation and re-installation of operating system

• Data back up and restoration

• Printer configuration on systems

Work undertaken at a separate add-on charge:

• Electrical work and cable laying where required.

• Data recovery from damaged hard disks. This shall be charged extra as per size of hard disk.
